FAQ

How it works?

  1. Choose a photo of your beloved pet (don’t forget to follow our Image Guidelines).
  2. Add your cuddly companion’s name (optional).
  3. Place your order and our artists will work their magic on it. When it’s ready, we’ll deliver it to your door. It's that easy!

How long does shipping take?

US Shipping Times: Orders within the U.S. usually arrive within 2-3 weeks. But they might take longer during holidays, up to 4 weeks.

UK, Australia, Canada & Europe: We estimate orders to arrive within 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase. You might wait longer during peak holidays, up to 5 weeks.

Can I include more than one pet?

We want you to love your pillow. In order to keep the portrait sharp and accurate we can only fit one furry friend illustration on a pillow.

How to choose a wining picture for my pet portrait?

Wow, great question!
To choose a wining picture use -

1. Close-ups at eye level are the best. You can try other poses but remember that’s how they’ll appear in the final portrait.
2. Use a high-quality image with good lighting.
3. The whole face and neck of your pet should be visible.
4. Avoid filters as much as possible.
5. Blurry pictures are the enemy.
