We create and personalize our pet portrait products just for you, so it may take us a little longer to make and get your order ready after you submit your order.
Shipping policy
Most orders are generally produced and shipped within 2-5 business days. As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package online. In periods of high demand, there may be a slight delay.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after a label is printed. If your shipment has not shown any movement or action after 24 hours since receiving the shipping notification, please contact us at support@fluffes.com.
Shipping Times
Within the US: Orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 2-3 weeks. However, orders placed during holiday periods may experience longer shipping times. up to 4 weeks.
Canada, UK, Australia & New Zealand: We estimate orders to arrive within 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase. You may experience longer shipping times during peak holiday seasons, up to 5 weeks.
Shipping Cost
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $99+.
- For orders under $99 in the USA, we charge a $10 flat rate shipping.
- For orders under $99 USD in Canada, we charge a $12.99 CAD flat rate shipping.
- For orders under $99 USD in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, we charge a $13.99 (USD) flat rate shipping.
If you want to order from another country, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your request and provide you with a quote for the shipping cost.
Important to Note:
• Updates or changes to shipping addresses must be made within one hour of your purchase. Please review your confirmation email and reach out immediately if you need to make a change.
• We offer 'Skip the Leash' artwork creation. This shipping option speeds up your artwork creation, as we move your pet photo to the front of the queue for our artists team. It does not speed up the courier's shipping time.
• We are unable to accept requests to swap or edit photos that were previously submitted with an order.
• We cannot ship to Military addresses. If you provided a military address at checkout, we will email you to request a different shipping address. If the cost of shipping to the new address does not equal the cost of shipping charged to you originally at checkout, we will invoice you for the difference and will proceed with your order as soon as the invoice is paid.
