Custom Pet Portraits
What makes a good photo?
- Show us those beautiful faces! Take your pet’s photo in a bright spot, preferably with some natural light. And please, no filters, we want to see their true beauty.
- It’s face time! Your pet's head and chest should be visible. Try to capture as
much of their ears, head, neck, and chest as possible. This will help us make a
stunning portrait of your pet that you’ll adore.
- Avoid overhead or blurry pics. We can’t do our thing if your pet is snoozing, laying down or hiding behind a couch. Trust us, they’ll look amazing.

Can I include more than one pet?
Sure thing! We’re all for team spirit. We have options for two or three pets on one product. If you want more, just let us know and we’ll see what we can do. The more, the cuddlier, right?
What types of pets can you illustrate?
We can do any pet portrait, no matter what they’re rocking: fur, scales, or feathers. We love all animals, and we can make a product that you’ll dig.
Dog, cat, bird, rabbit, pig, bunny, horse, or more, we can nail it.
Can I see a preview?
No problemo, we got you covered. Just tick the box that says digital download
& design proof when you order, and you’ll get to see your awesome artwork
before we print it.
If you skip this step, we won’t be able to show you a preview, but don’t sweat it!
if your photo is not up to fluff, we’ll ask you for another one.

Can I create a custom pet portrait without a pet name?
Sure, we can. If you don’t want to include a pet name on your portrait, just write N/A in the name section when purchasing the portrait. We’ll create a beautiful portrait of your pet without any text on it.
Can you create a custom pet portrait for my pet who passed away?
Yes, we can. We know how hard it is to lose a furry friend, and we want to help you honor their memory with a beautiful portrait. Don’t worry if your photo is not perfect. Just email us at support@fluffes.com and we’ll work hard to capture your pet’s personality and charm.
Can I order a custom pet portrait even if I don’t have a pet?
Sure, you can. All you need is a photo of the pet you want on your portrait. You can find one online, just please make sure you can use the photo, and that it follows our image guidelines.
Returns
Do you offer returns?
Due to the customized nature of the products we produce, we cannot offer returns. But if there are any issues, let us know — we’ll work with you until you’re happy with your portrait! To access in-depth details about our return and refund policy, click here.
Can I make changes to my order?
We understand, sometimes you need to change your order.
We kindly ask you to note that you have a one-hour window to make any changes to your order after placing it. If you placed your order more than one hour ago, we can’t promise that we can change it.
That’s because our artists start working on your order as soon as we receive it.
What if I get the wrong or damaged product?
If you got the wrong or damaged product, we’ll replace it without question. Just shoot us an email at support@fluffes.com within 48 hours of getting your order along with your order number and photos of the damage.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
US Shipping Times: Orders within the U.S. usually arrive within 2-3 weeks. But they might take longer during holidays, up to 4 weeks.
UK, Australia, Canada & Europe: We estimate orders to arrive within 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase. You might wait longer during peak holidays, up to 5 weeks.
Are all my items shipped together?
Some of our products are packed separately to keep them in shape and make them extra sturdy. We’ll try our best to send all your items together, because that’s how we roll.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping? Yes, please! We offer it for orders over $99 USD. For orders below that, we have a flat rate of $10 USD in the USA, $12.99 CAD in Canada, or $13.99 USD in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
